If you do not RP on this game, (TTRW), I suggest you don't read this, it will confuse you.

Here's something we all need to discuss:

leaders should have a time of peace, like a gathering every month, where they discuss things about what is happening with their Clans. Since there is so many Clans, I think the smaller clans should combine with each other and become a bigger Clan. (Just my opinion) Anyways, I think inside the Clans, there should be a practice war among the Clan. The deputy's team, and the leader's team. Each one of them will pick someone to be on their team, so that we can fight, but there'll be no "I killed you" "No you didn't" thing. No one will die, it'll just be for fun. And about the districts, each Clan should be have their own street, but no one will get CAD. CAD Will be free to anyone, if the leader says so, you can meet up with your friends from other Clans and talk with them there. CAD Should also be where the gatherings are held. Each leader from every Clan will share some things, just like in the books, there should be NO FIGHTING among this time. No arguing what-so-ever. And back to the "Too Many Clans" thing. I think there should only be the main Clans, like Clans that have at least 10-15 people and up. Main Clans like, GustClan, Chained Soul Pack, ShadowClan, RiverClan, BlizzardClan, and CreekClan. (Maybe LionClan) These are the most known and biggest Clans among DeviantArt so far. So I think any other new clan, should just join one of these. We can have 6 Clans, a little more than the Clans in the books, but we of course have more people. So I think any other smaller Clans should join these 6 Clans, just so we don't have random leaders scattered around. I also think that we should be more active in our roleplay. In toontown, we started just talking about random things, rather than roleplaying. The deputy should assign patrols, both hunting, and border. But during border patrols, you can't just go up to a person and start attacking them. We need to be a little less violent here. If there is someone in your territory, ask them to get out, and give them a chance. If they need to speak to someone in the Clan, then let them do so. You give them a chance to explain why they're there, and if they had just logged in, give them a chance to actually get out, before you start attacking them. In toontown, there were a lot of trolls, people who would just go to other Clan's territories and troll them. If they are doing that, then you should attack them, if they still don't go, just ignore them. If a normal toon comes into your territory, just ignore them as well. On to the topic of normal toons. I think (just my opinion once more) that every warrior should have a training toon, since there is no such things as "memberships," we could gather with some of our Clanmates and train on our normal/training toons. I think Clans should have a time where they all got on their training toons, and help the others max out their training toon. That would be our break from rolelplaying. The leader could split up the Clan into groups of four, or three/two if needed. Then we would get on our training toons and meet up in the same group, then we would go and train, we could talk about things, do what the game was originally meant for. I think that covers all the topics, so.. yeah.

Important Rules:
- No bullying gag toons

- If you're going to leave/'betray' a clan, go talk to the leader first. If you explain the necessity of it in a respectful way, the leader should have no reason to quarrel with your decision and respect your opinion. But, honestly, if you join again, you should have no reason to leave it. Be loyal. After all, in the books, the clan you're BORN in is the clan you're loyal to.

- 16 clans AT THE MOST. Less clans than this is necessary

- If you are to quarrel/battle another clan, have a necessary reason for it.

- Apprentices AND kits must be patient to be ranked up. This proves maturity.

- Every month, clans need to gather and RESPECTFULLY discuss events and such.

- Clans shall NOT be over populated. Don't make the number ridiculous. 50 active people should be the right majority.

-  NO power play. Make it simple and realistic. Don't go, 'tackles over with ease, barreling onto side, forcing claws into rigid motion down neck, paralyzing.' Do something like, 'Barrels over with weight, forcing both cats onto ground. Twists, slamming paw into side of head temporarily stunning.'

- No clan owns CAD. It is no-man's land. Only for battles, gatherings, etc.

- NO wolves, or anything like that. Wolves can have their own roleplaying packs, that do NOT interact with warriors.

- Be respectful as much as you can. Don't make enemies of other clans just because you want to. Make everything risky necessary.

- Clan religions are optional. Don't bash other clans for their 'rp religion.' Dark forest, Starclan, or a made up religion is fine. Even no religion is fine.

- Role play LIKE CLANS. border patrols, hunting, etc. No 'creeper mode,' etc.

If you have anymore ideas, make sure to let me know below.

Also,

ALL LEADERS WILL NEED TO DECIDE A CHAT TIME. The leaders need to discuss some things. If you are a leader, please comment in the comment section about which time would be good for you. I'm thinking either this saturday or sunday, before school starts back. Thank you.
